Inclusive Social Welfare & Empowerment Foundation is
open to everyone in the community.

Inclusive social welfare and empowerment foundation (InclusiveSWEF), formerly Inclusive Women International was Established in September 2013 in the UK and later incorporated in Nigeria in October 2015. The NGO is established to meet the needs of Black African women, men and young people who are victims of domestic and child abuse issues. We aim to support, advocate and challenge all forms of gender-related violence, to empower victims and survivors to gain more control over their lives, live without fear of violence and assert their Human Rights to Justice, Equality and Freedom.

Aims and Objectives

Inclusive Social Welfare and Empowerment Foundation have the following aims and Objectives:

- Providing high-quality services for victims who have experienced or are at risk of Domestic violence

- To minimise the risk presented to those experiencing domestic violence and abuse and increase understanding of how best to offer help and support.

- Supporting the physical and mental health of individuals who have been affected by domestic abuse by providing sound advice and support services.

- Offering child protection services (child sexual and neglect abuse).

- Create a safe space for victims of abuse and youths

- Sensitise and creating awareness on domestic violence and child abuse in the community.

- To raise awareness about the impact of Child abuse on children.

- To develop and sustain a long-lasting working partnership with statutory and non-statutory agencies in countries to help groups significantly improve their circumstances.

- To collaborate with our Ambassadors, partners and funders to improve the quality of life for women, men, children and young people in our communities.

- To signpost service users to agencies in the community for support. To facilitate the development of skills for young people to empower them to improve their life chances.

- Increasing and developing the effectiveness of resources through partnership, collaboration and multi-agency action.

We achieve our aims by:
