Mrs. Pat Isiorho-Eleto is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Inclusive Social welfare and Empowerment Foundation Nigeria and the UK. Her organization assists in Empowerment Skills for victims of Domestic Abuse. They provide support for family and victims of Child Abuse and Neglect. The NGO also helps to provide mentorship programs for members of the Youth young people who attend their Elevate2glow Youth Hub in the Community.

Her previous and current work has been in roles that are primarily focused on supporting and empowering young people and women to access opportunities to make positive changes in their lives. Mrs. Eleto has over 20 years of experience working with young people, Youth projects, and Domestic Violence victims and has also worked with Women’s Aid Refuge in the UK. She is a Qualified Senior Social Worker within the child protection team in the UK.

Some of her job roles involve Conducting Children and Family Assessments, Conducting Section 47 investigations, writing court reports, managing a complex caseload, Monitoring children placed on the Child Protection Plan, and children placed in foster care/homes. She is a member of Social Work England and a member of the British Association of Social Workers UK. And the Nigeria association of social workers Nigeria. Mrs. Eleto is an active member of her community women’s group.
